1. Describe your company’s corporate structure
USAintel has expanded its corporate structure to include the following departments: Sales, Billing, Marketing, Customer Service, Web Development, Programming &SCO Technology, IT Technology.

2. Discuss the stability of your agency.
USAintel and its departments are set up in a segmented distribution method in which each department is operational on its own and can interactively process information between other departments. This allows for great stability for the operational structure.

Moreover, USAintel reporting database is designed to have the most up to date and accurate information available. In case of any unlikely downtime, additional databases have been created as a backup for our users to eliminate any problematic situations for our users.

5. Is there a contract in order to work with USAintel?
USAintel has never used a contract for its clients. We simply don’t believe in them. We believe that you should use our services at will. Therefore, we offer no contract, no minimum payments, no cancellation fees, and no setup fees. 

We do however have each client fill out a User Agreement. This is to protect you and USAintel from FCRA regulations and includes other standard legal disclaimers. 

6. How does USAintel measure its’ success in filling customers’ requests?
One of USAintel’s highest and most respected strong points is its level of customer service. We pride ourselves in meeting each and every one of our customers’ requests, and in a timely fashion.

Many times, we have gone out of our way to dig deep and find the answers you are looking for even when there is an issue that has nothing to do with USAintel. Our customer support is always FREE and is available 24 hours a day.

7. Are there any setup fees with USAintel?
Absolutely NONE

8. Does USAintel provide volume discounts?
Yes. In fact our volume discounts are major. We have price breaks from 10%-75% off of our original report costs. Please contact your sales rep for more information on pricing or to get a price list of our products. 

9. What are the payment terms?
All payments are made by check payable to USAintel. As part of our user agreement, all clients agree to pay on terms of net 30.

10. What is USAintel’ssystem for invoicing?
As we are now in the new era of technology, all invoicing is done through our automated service after being carefully reviewed by our billing department. Each invoice is E-MAILED out to the account personnel designated to your account. All invoices are e-mailed out at the beginning of each month for the previous months’ activity and payment is due the 1st of the following month (net 30). Invoices can also be accessed through our online system.

11. Does USAintel provide XML interfacing and joint ventures?
Yes. As many of our affiliates have requested to include our report searches on their personal websites (XML feeds), we have implemented a private labeling which customizes your preferences on your own website. 

12. What are the turnaround times for reports?
With the exception of a few of our manual reports, all other reports are done instantly and available to you with the click of a button online. 

13. How does USAintel’scustomer support handle specific questions on reports?
As you will hear over and over again, USAintel has made it a personal company mission to bring to you the best customer support available in this industry.

For this reason, we are happy to take on any of your questions, concerns, and specific reporting details. In fact, for specific reports we will take so far as to contact courthouses, access police records, contact state departments, etc.. to get you the information you need, and FAST.

14. Do your courthouse researchers have private investigator licenses?
Some States require the researches to have a Private Investigator License. In the States that require the Private Investigators License, the researchers have it. In the States that do not require the Private Investigators License, some of the researchers do and some do not. In addition a few members of our office staff also have private investigator licenses as we take on cases from time to time.

15. Does USAintel use a database or do Court House searches?
Both.
